Seriously.

Fellow BUCS fans should recognize what a difference this cat makes.

The guy makes it SO much easier for every other receiving option.

As unselfish as anyone could ever ask for.

And he’s still getting better in every facet as a player….that’s SCARY.

EA Football….the WORST.

This one here caused quite a stir.

Many want to continue the “Win Now Mode” and worry about the consequences of not winning later.

We’ve see what this has brought to every other team in the NFC South.

Just a flashback to initial bad draft takes.

Remember the vitriol towards the Vita Vea pick??

Whitehead vowed to make sure people knew his name before the start of the 2020 season. He did just that.

Now, it seems some people want to mention his name as a player that could be moved.

It’s crazy how some fans want the “next big thing” and can’t appreciate what’s already on deck.

Brady is rolling over in his hyperbaric chamber.

2021 1st Round Pick, Joe Tryon

Get this man a hat!!! STAT.

4th Round Selection turned starter for a Super Bowl Winning defense…..Whitehead knows what it is.

Flag On The Post: Super Bowl Victory Edition

The Fournette redemption song was just getting warmed up.

Something to keep an eye on…..

Interesting indeed.

That now sits at 8-3.

The “rigged” and referee conspiracy claims were in full effect by the end of the 2nd quarter.

Follow progress..not predictions.

It’s funny because it’s true.

Also scary as hell.

Speaking from experience.

Recurring theme: That damn Defense was killer.

Everything about this is PERFECT.

Winfield Jr. wasn’t on some pretty boy pettiness.

He didn’t just throw ‘em up on his way off the field.

Ol’ boy waited patiently until Hill made eye contact and hit him with the deuces.

That’s on the level of a perfectly delivered punchline from a comedian or a glance/look from an experienced stage performer.

It was intentional….not happenstance.

This was meant to be.

It had to happen.

This disrespect was REAL.

Winfield Jr. delivered one of, if not, the coldest revenge moments in NFL history on the biggest stage there could possibly be.

NARRATOR: Help never came.

A dream turned into reality.

It’s been a long time coming.

Baaaaaaaaaaaaaay

All season, that damn defense had been consistently good.

At the end of NFC Championship game, Devin White said they still hadn’t played their best yet.

He wasn’t lying.

Short answer:

Hell Yea.gif

Serious business…What Todd Bowles did with that defense is liken to what Monte Kiffin did back in Tampa’s glory days en route to the 1st title.

Even while nearing the point where the Team was securing a playoff spot, I could see both of these guys being considered for replacement if the season didn’t end with a serious Super Bowl run.

Now, they’ll both be etched in BUCS history forever.

Disney ain’t slick.

The colours were faint orange and red.

Could’ve been either team. I know better.

Gronkowski was the acting public relations guy as well as the party-starter at the postgame press conferences.

That boy played on another level.

It’s only fitting he was living on another planet.

The prophecy has been fulfilled.

For The Children.

Well deserved.

In three seasons, this cat has grown into the BUCS best CB and leader in the secondary.

This is the story of the game. And the season.

Don’t let the talking heads fool you.

A straight up magic moment.

Something like this may not be seen again for another 55 years.

Devin White and that damn horse dream.

He wasn’t gonna let go.

On some Wayne Wonder sh*t.

Call The People….

Pay Attention.

Even in a bad loss, great players stand out.

That boy Mahomes is UNREAL.

EXACTLY.

At every level, big time plays were being made on the defensive side of the ball.

Once again, former BUCS franchise player, Gerald McCoy offers congratulations to his friends and former teammates.

Dude was a class act his entire time in Tampa.

And he continues that life wherever he goes.

Screen Shot 2021-02-09 at 9.08.20 PM.png

From the peanut gallery located in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Take the time to LISTEN to this dude.

In just his 2nd season, White is the biggest talker in BUCS history.

Dude is openly passionate and damn near brutally honest.

Down the line, that’s gonna confuse some “fans” and maybe even hurt some feelings.

But it’ll be aiight.

This dude is SO DAMN GOOD.

And yet, SO DAMN underappreciated and overlooked.

I’m glad he can say he’s a Champion.

Can’t forget about these ol’ salty dogs….Ha

Yea…They’re gonna have to do some renovating over at One Buc Place.

I wonder what the next one look like….

I wonder what the next one look like….

I’ve no clue why a League rules authority would make this statement.

Incidental contact is still contact AND a foul.

If a QB takes contact to the head, even the slightest touch, it’s a foul.

Why is any different for guys running routes?!

These kinds of tweets/statements only muddy the waters when trying to make the right call or even make a baseline for what would be the right call.

And why do that after the last game of the season??

Another proud parent moment.

Gotta love it.

Yea.

I hope BUCS fans learn to not pay attention to opinion rankings and “grades” ever again.

Fuck Em.gif

I cracked the hell up on this one.. Can’t even lie.

Mike Evans’ favourite player became one of his biggest fans. DOPE.

They had to go into MapQuest to track down how far this dude had to run in order to get away from Todd Bowles’ defense!!!

I wonder if he gets reimbursed for mileage.

Remember when Donovan Smith was the “worst LT in the NFL” and he was sure to be the reason Brady wouldn’t make it thru the season??

Pure joy.

All these damn onions in here…

All coordinators look alike.

That’s what they say.

One day, fans will wake up to the reality that the vast majority of these guys are just there for entertainment purposes only.

The cats don’t pay attention to the BUCS or what’s happening.

If it’s not a nationally televised game, they don’t watch closely and they don’t care to.

They’ve gotta pretend they know everything about every other team too.

And it’s not just the big national guys either.

Plenty of locals are thriving on stories/headlines rather than actual insight and journalism.

Watch for the hook.

I’ve been there.

2014…..

0-8 at Raymond James Stadium.

IMG_20141228_122758527.jpg

Tee hee.

Don’t worry…I got ‘em.

Pay Attention!!

The QB gets too much blame and too much credit.

Any mention of anyone or anything else being the reason the BUCS were successful this season and it immediately goes to the notion one must “hate” the QB.

So weird.

This may be my favourite of the past week.

It’s crazy what film review can do.

Having no recent film of Heinecke caused some big issues for the Defense.

If you go back and look at Bowles’ history of 2nd chances against offenses while in Tampa, he’s found a way of correcting mistakes and exploiting the opposing team.

A hater??

Targeting.

This has been confirmed.

Serious business.

F*ck that faux-fandom.

It’s happening…..

This is one of the cooler videos of Super Bowl reactions.

Notice how there are so very little crowds in the video.

McClendon is one of a few guys that could possibly go out on a high note.

He could hang it up this offseason having won a Super Bowl.

LEGENDARY.

Just a reminder.

Ha!!!

The pettiness knows no boundaries.

The most despised Divisional rival stay having something to say.

Too bad they’ve gotta wait another 6 months to get the taste of ass-whoopin’ outta their mouths.

This will go down as the most talked about Championship parades of all time.

Someone missed a golden opportunity to shoot an Old Spice Swagger commercial here.

Well deserved.

Brady’s social media manager(s) deserve a raise.

Reminder: It’s bigger than sports.

The celebration everyone’s been waiting for.

Devin White and Dream taking a victory lap.

Flag On The Post: Week Of October 4th

From Tom Brady's mistake-ridden memes to Vita Vea's goodbye....Some of the best(and WORST) social media posts from Buccaneers players and fans of the week.

One of the biggest offensive weapons ends up on IR for the 3rd time in 4 seasons.

He will be missed.

Especially with all the other injuries piling up.

DamnDamnDamn.gif

OJBrady

6 Super Bowl rings or not, I can’t give him a pass for using “then” instead of “than”.

I know autocorrect is a mutha…..

But, get your s#*% together, Brady!!

It’s looking ugly.

On a short week, the BUCS may be without WR1 and WR2 for Thursday’s matchup in Chicago.

It’s an uphill battle.

But the train keeps rolling on.

Awwwwwwww!!!

Awwwwwwwwww daaaaaaaaamn!!!!!!

They’re OUR guys.

But, if you can’t make light of their situations while hoping for the best for them AND looking for the best from them, it’s gonna be a much harder journey than it needs to be.

Brady was, more likely than anything, playing the game. Trying to work the refs.

Wirfs got beat by one of the League’s Top 2 defensive players.

It was a Christian McCaffrey stiff-arm that ignited Devin White’s ascension.

This could be the instance that makes Wirfs a different kind of focused player going forward.

And well, Smith is the whipping boy of EA Sports video game head coaches and virtual draft experts in BUCS fandom.

It was decided he’ll never be a legit left tackle in the League pre-draft.

Every instance of imperfection over the last 5yrs just validates that according to the angst of that crowd.

That and the notion “he just doesn’t look like he cares”.

(whisper) Ahhhhhh…It’s the elusive level-headed BUCS fan living amongst the wild.

Rare in its existence.

Beautiful.

As his counterparts scavenge the lands looking for bits of familiar instantaneous reaction and negative notions to sustain themselves, he remains calm.

Focused.

For he knows he must navigate his was through this wilderness for a minimum of 16 weeks.

He knows the journey is long. Often tiresome.

Repetitive with its challenges.

The ups and the downs.

He is prepared.

Astounding.

Well, sometimes he does tell the truth pretty straight forward.

Sometimes.

Whether it was the self-inflected penalties or the more-than-curious coaching decisions, there were enough issues on the BUCS side of things to focus on instead of the refereeing throughout the game.

Arguably, that 4th and 1 FG to go up 2 points rather than go for the touchdown gave Chicago as much life as the phantom “roughing the passer” call against Barrett.

I hate the former more because the BUCS had total control of that situation.

DamnDamnDamn2.gif

Going back to Week 3 of last season, I’ve said this defense is one Vita Vea injury from looking completely different.

While many still relegate his importance to just the run game, his presence on passing downs is even more outstanding.

He’s the only player on the defensive line the was routinely in need of being double-teamed by the opposition.

The LBs and the entire secondary ate off of that ability to get pressure up the middle.

Hopefully, Todd Bowles works some magic to make up for this HUGE loss.
